Large stylized 1960’s serigraph silkscreen poster map of London by California artist David Schiller and Sparta Graphics that was published by Trend Graphics in 1968. The poster was one of a series done by Schiller and Sparta Graphics that included views of San Francisco, New York and California as well as tributes to bands such as Jefferson Airplane and Buffalo Springfield. Among the jumble of buildings and streets are signs naming popular rock bands of the era such as the Beatles, Rolling Stones Jimi Hendrix, Cream and The Who. Also shown are London landmarks including Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul’s, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
